Mr. Baumeister was a reliable and invaluable help in our search for new premises, providing expert knowledge and all the necessary information. It's not uncommon for promises to be made in this field, but Mr. Baumeister was anything but. He demonstrated loyalty, honesty, and transparency, without any false promises. I would work with him again without hesitation. Thank you so much.
A very competent, helpful, and friendly real estate agent. He took plenty of time for the apartment viewing, had all the information perfectly prepared, and always adapted the appointments to my schedule. You can immediately tell how much he enjoys his job – I can highly recommend him!

Mr. Baumeister impressed me with his outstanding service: highly competent, attentive to my needs, and always professional in his communication – while also being very personable. I felt completely at ease throughout. Thank you so much for your excellent support – I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Baumeister!
Mr. Baumeister was absolutely fantastic in helping us find and rent our dream apartment! As foreigners in Austria without sufficient German skills, communication problems can arise – but that was definitely not the case with Mr. Baumeister. He was very supportive, invested a lot of time and effort to understand our needs, and found a solution for everything! Ultimately, there may be many professionals in this field, but when looking for a home, the human aspects are also important, such as the neighbors' personal values, your own lifestyle, the character of the building you're renting, the local infrastructure, restaurants, playgrounds, and much more. Mr. Baumeister helped us with all of these aspects and went far beyond what you would normally expect from a real estate agent. I am very grateful for his support and highly recommend him!
