I had a truly positive experience renting an apartment from Caroline and Richard during my time in Salzburg. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. Not only helping me settle into the apartment, but also assisting with all the mandatory procedures, including registration, utilities, and local requirements. Their support made a big difference, especially as someone new to the area. I highly recommend them to anyone looking at real estate in Salzburg!

I can’t recommend Richard and Julian highly enough. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and personal approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were incredibly helpful at every stage, always responsive, and genuinely had my best interests at heart. It was a pleasure working with them, and I would absolutely choose to work with them again in the future.

Der Immorist provided an exceptionally smooth experience for my move. Julian in particular was both professional and so friendly, making a tough process feel easy. It only took about two weeks between finding the listing and moving into the flat - communication between me, the landlord, and Julian was fast and efficient, and I'm so grateful to have had such a great resource to guide me through my first few weeks in a new country. Danke, Immorist!
