Very professional and kind professionals, everything went very smooth and punctual from the visit to signing the contract. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking to rent an apartment in Salzburg.
Awesome Immobilien. Responsive, professional, attentive, but also with a human touch. For foreigners: they are happy to communicate in English if needed.
A reliable housing agency. Everything was fast and they are quite professionally helpful. Top service. I highly recommend!
Finding a place to live with my dog wasn’t easy, but thanks to KROY, everything worked out smoothly. I’m very grateful to Felix Lanzerstorfer from KROY for his professionalism, support, and genuine involvement throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent ( I always received clear and quick answers to all my questions and felt truly supported.) All documents were handled efficiently and without unnecessary stress. A special thank you for helping me get in touch with the electricity provider and arrange the contract, that was truly valuable. I can 100% recommend KROY.
I am very happy with the service. I don't speak German and everybody was able to help me out in English so I'm grateful for that. The process was very quick and agile and everything went well for the handover of the keys.
