Michael has been very kind to me and my wife. We are newcomers to the country and we were lucky to find a nice opportunity through it. He was always willing to coordinate a visit and stayed in touch after confirming acceptance of the offer. He has taken care of very beneficial details such as foreign tenants and has resolved doubts, sometimes specific ones. He has also been in charge of keeping track of the status of various sectors of the department, and has coordinated for the department to be painted.
