All necessary information was also forwarded to third parties such as the notary, property management company, insurance companies, etc. Any questions, requests, or inquiries regarding legal requirements were answered or addressed immediately as soon as all the necessary information was gathered. Ms. Reiter always kept me personally informed about new prospective buyers, viewings, and updates. During the handover of the apartment from the seller to the buyer, every detail was meticulously observed. - Personal attendance - Preparation of the handover protocol - Taking various meter readings - Forwarding of the purchase agreement These documents were independently handed over and forwarded to all parties involved in the purchase process. Ms. Reiter was always enthusiastic and facilitated numerous viewings, even multiple viewings when requested. At the conclusion of the sale, Ms. Reiter presented both the buyer and seller with a gift: a bottle of sparkling wine for a celebratory toast, some sweets, and a key ring in a VPI CD – a lovely touch, I was delighted!
