We relocated from Stuttgart to Salzburg with this company. Everything went perfectly: the moving van with three men arrived on time, everything (40 cubic meters of cargo) was loaded in less than two hours, and it was unloaded in Salzburg the same day, just over an hour later. The employees were true professionals with an eye for detail; they were fast, friendly, and uncomplicated. The price-performance ratio was excellent. I can recommend this company without reservation.

My mother (60+) hired this company for a move from one town to another, 6km away. The company arrived with a small, dirty, and rusty car. They immediately demanded 40% more than the agreed-upon advance payment. They transported a few boxes and some small pieces of furniture and then "billed" her. The manager on site was very aggressive towards my mother. It's quite audacious, of course, to be aggressive towards a woman over 60... It got so bad that the police were even called. Now none of the large pieces of furniture have been moved... Stay away from companies like this. Absolutely outrageous!! We have photos of the vehicle and the invoice (in case this post is deemed unreliable). UPDATE after the company's response: Good day, 1. The police were called because they were concerned about your (or the aforementioned person's) aggressive behavior. Thankfully, they didn't have to do anything in the end. 2. The text mentions "local boss" because I don't know if this is also the owner of the company. 3. The argument about "care" really infuriates me... Why should I be present when a grown woman (in this case, my mother) hires a company to handle a move? I certainly hope that women can organize this on their own, or do you think otherwise? Should I have traveled from Vienna as a "guard"? 4. I have also read your terms and conditions, thank you. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anywhere that states you would leave the majority of the goods unfinished after transporting "small items." You were paid, as is evident from the invoice. 5. I will gladly call you tomorrow and then you can explain to me what you believe was agreed upon over the phone. (My sister was also present during the call and remembers the exact wording.)
