Incompetent and not professional.
After my parents' death, we had to vacate their rented apartment (second floor and basement, both without elevators). This was an enormous strain – both psychologically and emotionally. We had pre-sorted a small portion and quickly realized that we had completely underestimated the volume. We got an appointment very quickly, and a free inspection for assessment was offered. The employees worked carefully and quickly. Everything was left clean. The estimated price (including disposal) was adhered to and was absolutely fair; there were no "hidden" costs. Once again, a heartfelt thank you to the entire team; you were a huge help to us during this difficult time.
