The transportation company Schacht’l Helden in Salzburg is absolutely professional. They are very accommodating. Their drivers are great, friendly, personable, handling the transported goods well, with a great care taken. We needed to transport many heavy and at the same time fragile music instruments from our hotel to the OldTown in Salzburg for a masterclass (an Australian youth orchestra) on January 15,2026 and it was all managed smoothly, professionally and with a big smile on their faces. The truck driver Hans-Peter Grabner was fantastic-friendly, easy-going, calm and professional. Gregor, the company manager, was very accommodating, understanding, very humane in his approach to the young Australian people and their teachers and tour managers. Absolute brilliant service from Schacht‘l Helden for our move. The guys came right on time and managed to even get our washing and heavy furniture up the spiral staircase to our new flat without any issues at all.
