My experience with M3 was very disappointing and negative. During the tendering process, numerous points of contention arose, including: - My requests to obtain a quote for the photovoltaic system and storage from a preferred supplier were repeatedly ignored by M3. Instead, I received a quote without any problems from their partner company, which, to my knowledge, is managed by the cousin of M3's managing director. - M3's cost estimate for the trades (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing) amounted to €180,000 net. The actual quote from their partner company (which M3 actively coordinated during the planning phase) was over €450,000 net. - Despite clearly stating that uPVC-aluminum windows were to be specified, M3 only included wood-aluminum windows in the tender. After a loss of trust and a failed attempt at an amicable termination, I terminated the contract for cause. ``` M3 has not accepted my termination and has now sent a court order for payment of a five-figure sum for lost profits, which I will contest so that this matter will be settled in court. At the same time, I will file a complaint with the Chamber of Civil Engineers.
Completely satisfied – top marks for M3! The renovation and expansion of our 400-year-old farmhouse was in the very best hands with all the M3 employees. We clicked immediately with Christoph during our first contact, Stefan competently and meticulously took over the planning, which Martin continued with the same expertise. Together, we always weathered many a storm with good humor. The deadlines and budgets were also met exactly. Thanks to you, we feel completely at home in our newly renovated farmhouse.
