The phone number was answered immediately, which is rare these days. The spare part I was looking for wasn't available, but they gave me an alternative source.
I absolutely cannot recommend this company. Since the shock absorber on my washing machine was broken, I searched online for a replacement. The company's website showed the correct model as "in stock." After checking the address and opening hours on Google, I set off – a good 40 km each way. However, upon arrival, I found the door locked. There was no indication of vacation or illness. Even after waiting for ten minutes and trying to call twice – neither answering nor hearing a recorded message – nothing happened. It's incomprehensible that someone would drive 80 km for nothing, just because the owner isn't able to provide a quick update on the website (e.g., as a pop-up) or adjust their Google business profile. The shop sent us with an anode, then, when it turned out it was the wrong one, it let us exchange it for the right one without further cost.
Three times, all good. I am able to get the parts I need and install it easily. No complaints.
