Our washing machine couldn't drain the water. Despite trying to fix it ourselves—check the drain hose and pump filter of your washing machine—ours still wouldn't work. An appointment was arranged super quickly, and Ismail removed a sock from a hose at the bottom of the washing machine! Tip: Buy mesh laundry bags for small items! Friendly and competent service! We're so glad it wasn't a big deal and thank you!
I'm absolutely thrilled! I finally took the plunge and contacted this repair service, despite having little hope for my trusty 13-year-old AEG Lavamat washer-dryer, using their online form. They promptly called me back to schedule an appointment for the next day, taking my schedule into consideration. The competent and very friendly Mr. Ismail was expected between 11:00 and 14:00 and arrived at 12:30. He immediately identified the problem after a test run and saved my machine in no time. The cost was €140.00, and he even filled out the "repair bonus" (or as it's now called, "appliance rescue voucher") form with me in a flash! Highly recommended and truly excellent service, just as you'd hope for! Thank you!
Excellent experience! Technician Ismail knew immediately what the problem was and ordered the replacement part. He returned three days later, installed it, and the appliance has been working perfectly ever since.
