I wasn't sure about which repair company to choose for my broken Washing machine in April, but I am superhappy I chose these guys!!! I was in such a panic with a big laundry pile. They had an appointment in just 2 days, came fully equipped at the agreed time and fixed diligently the fault with my machine - and gave me some advice too :-) (to run a wash at 95C every 2 months too for sake of cleanliness). We spoke a mix of English and German and it worked out great! The machine's problem was quite simple (worn out coal brushes) but still, it was speedily and well fixed. And also, it cost me the list-price the lady mentioned when I booked the appointment, since it was such a simple problem and nothing additional was needed.
