Highly professional and reliable collaboration. The support was consistently helpful and straightforward, and the work was completed quickly and thoroughly. The high level of expertise is particularly noteworthy. I can wholeheartedly recommend this collaboration.

Dr. Riza is one of the best architects in Vienna. He takes plenty of time for his clients, explains everything clearly, and is very knowledgeable about the legal situation. You can immediately tell that his work and people are important to him. He is highly competent, reliable, and caring. I can wholeheartedly recommend him – you're guaranteed to be in good hands with him!

I had a really good experience with Dr. RIZA Architekten ZT GmbH. The team was super easy to work with, very professional, and always quick to respond. The office itself felt great too modern, calm, and really welcoming. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs solid architectural support.

First of all, a huge thank you to Dr. Riza Architekten ZT GmbH for the warm welcome. We have an allotment garden in the 22nd district, and Dr. Riza provided us with very professional advice regarding a garden house, not only on the application process, planning, and orientation, but also on everything that needs to be considered when building a basement. Now we have a much better overview than we previously had. As for the quote, it arrived not only quite quickly but was also very reasonable. As soon as we have sorted out the finances for the house construction, we will be very happy to work with Dr. Riza and his team. Thanks again! Update: Thank you also for the fantastic 3D visualizations 🥰.
