Ich bin absolut begeistert von On Time! Meine Fußbodenheizung funktionierte nicht korrekt und ein Zimmer blieb komplett kalt, da ein Heizkreislauf ausgefallen war. Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen habe ich mich an die Firma gewandt und bin mehr als zufrieden. Die Terminkoordination war hervorragend – sehr freundlich, kompetent und extrem entgegenkommend. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Kulanz: Als es meinerseits kurzfristig ein Problem mit dem Termin gab, wurde sehr verständnisvoll reagiert und sofort ein neuer Termin gefunden. Die Arbeit vor Ort war höchst professionell. Es wurde sogar mit einer Wärmebildkamera alles genau kontrolliert, um sicherzugehen, dass die Heizung wieder einwandfrei läuft. Das Angebot wurde zudem exakt eingehalten. Das Beste zum Schluss: Ein paar Tage später wurde ich sogar angerufen und man hat sich erkundigt, ob alles weiterhin funktioniert. Das ist Kundenservice auf höchstem Niveau! Gerne wieder – On Time ist ab jetzt der Installateur meiner ersten Wahl.
This has been our trusted plumbing company for several years now! We first used them a few years ago (due to self-inflicted damage on a Saturday evening 🙄). The technician arrived quickly, contacted us several times beforehand to clarify everything, and worked extremely neatly and professionally. What's more, they don't rip you off with exorbitant prices. Of course, you pay more for emergency service, but the price-performance ratio was absolutely fair and reasonable for the work done! Since then, we've also had them handle our annual service and any minor repairs. Everyone is very friendly, professional, and tidy! Highly recommended!

Emergancy repair: chose this service because they sounded more nice and polite than the other services I called; They made an on location assessment and informed me on the prices/gave multiple options to solve the problem; quick response and repair, gave good advice also advice for reduceing costs by contacting inshurance, service felt very costumer oriented.
I call them and they come with in 20 min on sunday And they talk so nicely on phone and guys who come my place they are amazing like Fadi amazing and so polite. Great team work ✌️✌️✌️✌️
