Two years ago, we bought our dream apartment. Unfortunately, we didn't know about Infina at the time. The bank advisor and the trustees got us into a very difficult situation. INFINA1150 is a top-notch financing agency. I initially wanted to buy an apartment in Vienna's 16th district (1160), but we ran into a problem with the sale. We already had an offer, and the apartment was no longer available. After continuing our search for a condominium, we found one in Vienna's 10th district (1100). Mr. Seemann quickly obtained another offer for me, which was also very good. Unfortunately, due to my nationality, we had to obtain a permit for the purchase from the immigration authorities after signing the purchase agreement. However, the financing had already been approved. It took another two months until we finally received the permit. Mr. Seemann had the offer updated within a few days and was able to obtain the permit to my complete satisfaction. The terms were excellent! ... After a lengthy process, Mr. Seemann was always available and a competent contact person for all matters – especially regarding the transaction and the ongoing communication with the bank, the lawyer, and the selling party. Even during the notarization of the mortgage deed, Mr. Seemann was always there for me and supported me in every way, so that we were finally able to purchase the apartment.
