Very disappointing. I immediately booked an appointment for the next day over the phone. Despite this arrangement, no one showed up. The appointment wasn't canceled, and the company is now unreachable by phone for inquiries or a return call. I waited for nothing and was completely ignored. Absolutely unprofessional behavior, not recommended!
