I called to clarify technical questions regarding an electronic access control system. At the beginning of the call, the woman who answered questioned whether they were indeed a partner of the access control system I was calling about. After I pointed out that they were listed as such online, she responded to my subsequent questions in a very unenthusiastic and condescending manner, offering more comments than answers. At the end, she remarked that she hoped we would at least place an order with them, given that I had already received a "free consultation." When I asked what she meant by that and whether consultations were normally chargeable at this company, she hung up. What kind of way is this to treat potential customers?
Absolutely top-notch! There's nothing they can't do! 👍👍👍
