In the summer of 2025, we had our apartment completely renovated by König & Heinrich. The work was carried out to a high standard, and the apartment looks fantastic and has been significantly improved. Thank you so much! While the project did significantly exceed the budget, both in terms of time and cost, this is to be expected with a project like this and a building structure dating back to the 1970s. Apparently, the previous tenants had already done some rather shoddy work on the apartment, and not everything was immediately apparent during the initial site visit by the project manager. I can't say what might have been anticipated based on the company's experience with this type of building. However, everything was always communicated and discussed transparently as soon as it arose, and the pricing was always fair. With newer apartments, there are probably fewer such "surprises," but as a precaution, it's generally advisable to budget for a bit more/a longer period than initially agreed upon in the lump-sum contract. . ' ... ' ' ' ' ' The employees we met were all very friendly, helpful, and professional. Even during the follow-up phase—some touch-ups were necessary after we moved back in for various reasons—appointments were always quick and the staff were very accommodating. The only area where the company could perhaps improve is their accessibility. Sometimes we were able to contact the site manager within minutes, while other times there was no response for days. While this is understandable (and there were always plausible reasons for it), the communication with the customer could be better. There was no out-of-office email, no advance notice, or anything similar. We sometimes didn't know if something had happened to our site manager (which thankfully wasn't the case). This aspect could be better organized. All in all, though, five stars—the result is truly beautiful!

We had our small family home renovated. New electrical wiring, bathroom, and facade. It was a big project for us. They organized everything well. The difference between before and after is huge. Thank you.

The tradespeople were always punctual during the renovation work in our office, and it was easy to have a conversation with them. Even though the business continued as normal, there were no disruptions. I really appreciated that.

I just wanted one point of contact to coordinate everything. It worked out very well. From the demolition to the final details like the furnishing, everything went smoothly and without any hassle. You can tell they're experts in the field of renovation.

The apartment was completely renovated, all done by one company. It took a little longer than planned, but we had many additional requests. In the end, everything turned out perfectly. I especially appreciated the experience of the construction manager.
