This is the dirtiest gym I’ve ever been to in my life. Nothing is ever where it’s supposed to be, and the staff act as if they don’t exist. I genuinely feel sorry for the floor it looks like it has never seen a vacuum cleaner in its life.

wonderful gym, new and modern. The only cons are that it takes too many new clients and when you go to train between 16-20:00 it is always crowded and you have to wait outside because they don't let new people in until someone inside has finished their workout and left. Also the sauna is really too small and quite often there is no space inside. The staff there is always very friendly, always ready to help and very smiling

This is not a gym. This is a fancy spot for dates, hanging out with your friends, cute little meetups…there’s everything for having a “great time”: comfy couches, free water, cozy vibes, adorable group classes… but nothing for actual workouts. I didn’t even know it was possible to hate a gym, but apparently it is. Seriously, in this gym (and across their chain) you cannot train because the machines are awkward, their movement isn’t set up correctly, half of them are constantly broken and, according to visitors, won’t be fixed for months… everyrything is designed so you spend more time walking from one machine to another than actually training :) Seriously, who planned this gym? Why make it stylish instead of functional? Have you heard of ergonomics?.. Or how about dry wipes in the bathrooms? Oh, right, it’s not “eco-friendly”. Maybe drowning the place in lights is not environmentally friendly too? And what about the music? You can hear it even through noise-cancelling headphones, it’s also not friendly. Strength training gym in a basement with terrible ventilation? Hooray! Fantastic! Machines squeezed into tiny basement rooms. No good equipment. No fresh air. No space. Sorry, but this is the worst gym I have ever been to. I would never recommend it. This place is not built for training. At all.

Absolutely blown away by this fitness center! Visited from out of the country and had a great experience at John Reed. The day pass was easy to obtain and very affordable. I also met the nicest gym goers who helped me when I got lost in the large center! So many rooms and so many machines. Had a lovely protein shake made for me on my way out!

Great atmosphere and super friendly team! 💪 Chiara & Eddy were amazing — they really made me feel welcome and helped me get started. The studio is clean, stylish, and full of positive energy. I’ll be joining as a member from November 1st, because this place truly left a wonderful impression on me. 🖤✨
