My experience: I send the floor plans and energy certificate for the house in advance. Manager offered online meetings at which the technician will present assessments of the characteristics and offer warm pump. Preliminary I did my own assessment. I was shocked when I saw assessment from the technician- he offered 4 kw pump for 200 sq meter. Even energy certificate data clearly indicates of min 8 kw. But it’s not a main thing: In a few minutes later I’ve received preliminary offer to sign. DON’t click on it and don’t put any email address. To me it was just like online phishing as immediate obligation from customers are started . The offer will changed of course and the price increase- it’s in my guess. Their prices looks more than average. Overall: with this conference the just try to catch up you, so you have to pay their expenses survises! Strongly advise to have a known professional s. It like Hiezma or Otovok
It took me a long time to find an installer company in Austria that I could communicate with in English. Next to the good communication I was very happy with the whole installation of the heat pump and solar. Thanks to the Heizma Ost team and the installer teams!
