What great people! I stumbled across this company on MyHammer, and they responded to my ad for an air conditioner and called me right away. We immediately scheduled a site visit, which they reliably kept. A few days later, I received a quote. After a bit of negotiation and a few phone calls, we reached an agreement. All communication was incredibly friendly and professional. I had also contacted other companies, but they were either far too expensive, not very helpful in their advice, or didn't think a site visit was necessary. The fact that most of them assumed I would take care of the electrical work before they would install it also bothered me. I simply wanted everything from one source at a fair price, and that's exactly what Stark Installations offered. They came today for the installation. They work extremely quickly and cleanly, and they know exactly what they're doing. Absolutely top-notch. They were here at 10:00 AM and gone again at 4:30 PM. During this time, they installed two indoor units, two outdoor units, and cable ducts (as minimal as possible, which was my request), including all associated installation and electrical work. Exactly as described! I will recommend this company to all my relatives and acquaintances.
