I had my old apartment in Vienna designed and built by Vierzueins Design. In this context, the interior design firm also handled the renovation work, obtaining and comparing quotes from various tradespeople. Before construction began, they obtained the necessary permits from MA37 (the Vienna Building Authority) in a timely manner. Subsequently, they managed the project through regular site meetings and well-thought-out solutions for the details. The construction schedule was adhered to precisely as agreed.
