DAN Küchen Royal Wien

After water damage, the kitchen had to be dismantled, rebuilt, and adapted. Since the companies contracted by our management turned out to be real hacks, Küchen Royal came into the picture as a second option. They conducted an initial site visit with professional consultation, followed by a second meeting at their premises, and finally, the work was carried out. The entire process was exceptionally professional and expert, and the work was completed flawlessly and in record time. Now we are very happy with our kitchen again, thanks to Küchen Royal, whom we can wholeheartedly recommend.

My experience with DAN Küchen Royal Wien was unfortunately mostly disappointing. While the planning was pleasant and the delivery times were fast, numerous problems arose throughout the entire process, ultimately leading to considerable frustration. The main issue was the lack of transparency. The purchase agreement only provides a rough overview of the order, without any detailed information. This meant that important details were missing, leaving much open to interpretation. Additionally, the ordering process is questionable: 50% of the total cost is due upon placing the order, and another 50% is due one week before delivery. This leaves little room to discuss any errors made during the process with the salesperson. Another point of criticism is the offer, which supposedly included a 50% discount on the kitchen. The original prices were never disclosed, so the offer was nothing more than a marketing ploy. The first shock came upon delivery: despite repeatedly and explicitly requesting painted kitchen fronts, we received only glued-on fronts. In response to our complaints, the salesperson simply stated that this was how it was recorded in their system – without a detailed overview of the products actually ordered, it was impossible to prove that the error was theirs. Furthermore, hardly any solution was offered. My complaints were politely dismissed, no apology was given, and no estimate for new kitchen fronts was provided. Although the kitchen was delivered on time, parts were missing and some sections were assembled incorrectly. When we inquired when the defects would be rectified, we were simply told that they were currently too busy. The corrective work will only be carried out two months after installation. Overall, it has been a very unpleasant experience, and I am reminded of the incorrect product every day – an investment in a kitchen that did not meet my expectations. If you are considering ordering from this supplier, I strongly advise you to carefully review your order before signing the contract. Insist that all details – especially which kitchen fronts will be used – are documented in writing, and negotiate payment terms that offer you adequate protection. Do not rely on verbal agreements.

Highly recommended, Very courteous, kept their promises, very easy to reach, very clean work methods... my dream kitchen was designed and installed here. I can only recommend them.
