The service was quick and on time, but outrageously expensive (240 euros) for a job that took less than a minute because of hidden charges. Also no bill or any form of invoice. They are fast, but ask for a pricing before they open your door and charge a ridiculous amount of money. Should have read the comments before picking this service.
Very Expensive 300 euros For 2 minutes work!! Not recommended!! Better search for other key companys but not this! They gave handwritten bill which i doubt home insurance would accept or not. Do not use services from the shop in Friedrich Engels Platz. I regret that I did not read the reviews on google before taking their services.
Very expensive - 220 EUR to open a slammed security door - but otherwise good service. Arrived about half an hour after I called, and door opened quickly without a scratch, very professional.
