Very friendly guy, picked up immediately and then also informed me via SMS when he'd approximately be there to open my door. Took him only a few minuted to get here despite the late hour, and he opened the door within a few minutes, absolutely no harm done to it. He charged me a very fair price, definitely would recommend!
Terrible service – avoid at all costs! This company is nothing short of a scam. They prey on helpless tourists to extort outrageous amounts of money. Initially, the man quoted €200, which was already excessive. However, he then suddenly increased the price to €250, threatening to call the police if we refused to pay. He made it clear that if he opened the door, he would charge the highest amount he could get away with. Even when we declined the service, he demanded €70 just for showing up. It felt like pure extortion and intimidation. Absolutely disgraceful behavior – stay far away!
Unfortunately, my experience with this locksmith service was very disappointing. Initially, I was quoted a price for the door opening, but once the service was completed, the amount turned out to be significantly higher. It felt like they were taking advantage of my situation, knowing I had no other options. The customer service was also unprofessional and inappropriate. It felt as though I was being exploited because of my urgent need. I cannot recommend this service.
I highly recommend this technician. My door lock jammed at 7am on Saturday and I couldn't leave the apartment. He arrived within half an hour, quickly and professionally opened the door, and didn't even have to change the lock. He also speaks English and Russian, which is very convenient. So, mega positive feedback about him!
