The service is terrible, please be careful. The price does not meet what is on the site at all. I was charged 240euro because of security door which is not true and required only cash and my id.
Very fast service and friendly
They arrived pretty fast after I locked myself with the key from the inside, and my whole family who were visiting me. They told me a lower price on the phone too, but I was expecting somehow. He opened the door in less than 2 minutes and was without any damage whatsoever. We were all satisfied and grateful for not going to a hotel, and that the door was finally open without damage. I saved the phone in my contacts. But I really hope I wont need it. :) Highly recommended!
The company won’t give you a price up front, and similar to other reviewers, they told me “it’s a high security door” - but then also proceeded to open the door in basically one minute. It cost me €280 I wouldn’t have been upset except the guy made me open google maps to write a 5 star review, even took my phone to write the review for me, so needless to say this is an edited version of what he wrote. The company I’m renting from (Blueground), referred this company and likely has more details on pricing, but wouldn’t give me any info either.
- Technician comes to the apartment (12pm-ish) - Says that the door is a "high security door" - Asks for my ID and notices the fact that I work for a bank (raises his eyebrows) - Unlocks the door in about 80-90 seconds (so much for the "high security") - Charges 220 euros (!!!) in cash I have sent a complaint in their mailbox as such pricing is not even listed in their website; no response. Ridiculous rip-off.
