I called to set an appointment so Mag. Harald can answer some of my questions also set my GmbH court contract, the man at the reception insisted I email them before I can set up a meeting, I asked if it’s possible to set a meeting and that I would email them all the information right after the call he was hesitant to confirm but he eventually booked me an appointment, I attended, the appointment and the same guy that answered my call I recognised his voice I told him I only speak English so preferably he can get someone that speaks English but he kept answering me in German, luckily there was an interpreter there that managed to interpret for both of us, later on he spoke English with me when I was paying the notar fees, I kept ignoring his dismissiveness and rude attitude as I was only there to get my business sorted out and I am not there for trouble.we needed a professional interpreter, and i told mag Harald i am very short in time, and we set another appointment with an interpreter as well q couple of days after, and the meeting went smoothly and everything was sorted, they gave me a document that I needed to sign from the bank and return to them he told me I can just leave at the reception, went to the bank came back with the document, and it’s the same reception guy again I told him to give that document to mag harald he asked me to wait and he kept me there for like 30 minutes for absolutely no reason then he took the paper placed it in a file and told me I can now leave. I still ignored all of these minor complications, since I wasn’t really harmed in anyway, but then this happened: I was waiting for the paperwork to be sorted in court through the notar so I can go and register a trade for the company, took some time then I decided to call them, and same guy answered the phone told me the posted my documents to my business address, I told him I needed the documents to my home address or if I can come and pick the documents up from their office he told me unfortunately this can’t happen because they sent the original documents so he will wait for my business address to resend the documents and then resend them to me, I went to my business address and it’s a business offices building service, they never received my documents, that was supposedly shipped 3 weeks ago, I kept going their everyday to make sure if they received or not since I am very short in time as explained, and I kept calling the notar same guy answering with a very rude and dismissive attitude and this time he told me no we only sent copies, i told him why did u say you sent the original then he said i do the know what you are talking about, i know it’s the same guy, same coicr and same attitude every time, this time he said we will call you back, I told him to make sure someone else calls me because i am not happy with his attitude, they never called. unfortunately due to the lack of diligence with delivering my documents to me I am now going to redo some documents that will cost me a lot of money to redo, and I am not sure if they lost my documents or what have they done exactly and I am unable to get any response.

Simply impossible. Even on the phone, the employee seemed demotivated and overwhelmed. I still don't know if, to what extent, and when a certain service will be provided.
