Easy to use and well working process
Wasn't informed prior to submitting my document to be notirised and apostiled that my ID needs to be on the same page of the stamp of certification. After my document was rejected, I went back to the company only for their support team to inform me that they were unwilling to change the document (literally putting the photos of the ID on the same page of the stamp) unless I paid for a new booking - 260 euros. Not sure how that is even legal. They sold me a service/product that has no legal tender and then want me to pay in full again.
Using Notary was very easy and well eplained. It took only 5 minute to complete our business
