Fast help and a clear assessment – even late at night! We discovered an unknown insect in our apartment late at night and were quite unsettled. Adam helped us via email – we sent him a few pictures, and he was able to identify the animal right away. Luckily, it was harmless! The response came super quickly, was competent, and reassuring. A really good service, even without an on-site appointment – highly recommended!

Hatten gestern die Fa Schmidt bei uns gehabt wegen einen bettwanzenbefall. Ich muss sagen ein Wahnsinn diese Firma war sofort Vorort hat gleich mal mit der Behandlung angefangen war sehr freundlich und gesprächig. Mein Mann und ich waren total begeistert von junior Chef er war einfach großartig. Ich kann diese Firma einfach nur weiterempfehlen. Ich würde so gern 10 Sterne geben weil ihr habt es zu 100% verdient. Ein sehr grosses Lob an euch.

I am very grateful for Mr. Schmidt's service. We had bedbugs and had tried several treatments that initially didn't work against these pesky creatures. He persevered and also provided us with emotional support. Finally, we had the heat treatment in the rooms, which thankfully did the trick. We had to be out of the apartment for a few days for this. The cost was very reasonable considering the service and advice. I highly recommend him to everyone. Keep up the good work! For everyone flying on vacation: Be careful with your luggage and on train journeys. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy.

I was horrified to discover bed bugs in my flat. I sent an email to Mr. Schmidt during the night, got a reply the next morning, and the day after someone came to my place to take care of it. Overall super professional, very reassuring and friendly. 100% would recommend!
