I inquired about a fungus on my pergola around March 28th. After requesting photos of the affected area, a fungus was diagnosed. I was told to clean the damaged wood, fill the gaps with sealant, and the company would then carry out injection grouting. Before that, I was supposed to send overview photos of the entire structure so they could estimate the costs. So far, however, the company has been playing dumb. Thanks for nothing.
Mr. Konrad Neudert was just here to remove wasp nests. I am more than impressed with his work. The preparation, the work itself, and the follow-up were all top-notch and very well thought out. Thank you again so much. Sincerely, Sonja Hyseni
Mr. Manhart came today to treat my sofa, bed, and armchair with hot steam and the floor with a chemical spray. He's a very nice technician, and this is his second time here. What I would like is for questions about the chemicals, etc., to be answered beforehand, without having to press him. Whether the treatment is effective in the long run will become clear in the next two weeks. Unfortunately, it turned out that the treatment wasn't effective. After a week and a half, I was covered in bites again. I was assured that the contact insecticide would be effective for five weeks. Through weeks of research on chemical flea treatments, I now know that, above all, a product must be used that a) kills adult fleas and b) interrupts the development of the larvae into pupae (growth arrest).
Unfortunately, I had the awful problem of bed bugs. Those pests just wouldn't go away… So I googled it and found the company Anicimex. It appealed to me because they don't use poison, and I have two cats that I couldn't find anywhere to stay during the treatment. Mr. Andreicut was very professional and friendly! Luckily, the infestation was gone after the first treatment! If they come back, I know who to contact :)
