About a month and a half ago, a company came to remove a wasp nest from our balcony. Unfortunately, they failed to mention that the poison they used wouldn't just be at the site of the nest itself, but would also spread to the surrounding area. Our balcony consists mainly of herbs and edible plants. After the treatment, we were shocked to find that large amounts of the poison were scattered across the balcony, covering all the nearby herbs and plants (including all the figs on the fig tree). This could have been avoided by covering or moving the plants, but we weren't informed of this and therefore had no opportunity to do so. Not only did we spend days trying to clean the balcony to remove the poison residue, but all our effort was simply wasted. The wild bees living in the neighboring pots are also now dead. The company has assured us they will compensate us for the damage, which was a great relief. The employee on site contacted us several times because he claimed there were no plants on the balcony, which is absurd given that the balcony is full of plants. There was no apology for this. We were repeatedly told that not all plants were currently available, as it's the middle of summer and most herbs and plants are sold in the spring. This was ignored. Ultimately, we were only refunded for the plants we were able to order. This is incredibly frustrating, as the damage is considerably greater. The treated wasp nest is still there, and we declined further treatment. So, unfortunately, we didn't have a very good experience with this company.

I had wasp nests in my garden. The company's employee came two days after my call and fixed the problem. My conclusion: very friendly and competent, and, importantly, very fast. I can highly recommend this company. Best regards

We would especially like to commend Mr. Christian Vlach for his professionalism and honest advice, which is rare these days when companies are truly decent. We received excellent advice and comprehensive information regarding bed bugs, and a prompt appointment was arranged. Another company tried to charge us €500 over the phone without even verifying whether we actually had bed bugs.

Despite the distance (1170 - 1100 Vienna), the employee arrived on time on a Friday afternoon. He was quick, friendly, and very competent. The price was truly fair, and he even included a guarantee.
