EXPLOITATION!!! CUSTOMER RIP-OFF!! I had the company Rentokil come to my apartment at the request of the property management company. From the beginning, it was clearly stated that the mouse infestation was located on the adjacent flat roof. In October 2025, they simply placed five poison boxes on my balcony. At the beginning of November, they came again to refill the poison. After that, I was repeatedly put off regarding a new appointment. Rentokil failed to resolve the mouse problem before I moved out in February 2026, as I received no further appointments. Of course, the next tenant reported another mouse infestation. Due to my move-out and the arrival of the new tenants, the poison boxes, which were no bigger than a cigarette pack, were unfortunately lost. And now comes the part that can only leave one speechless: I am being billed an unbelievable €157.68 for five poison boxes, presumably cheaply sourced from China!! I'm truly stunned by the sheer exaggeration and how they're trying to weasel out of it by claiming I wasn't charged for the packaging anyway! For comparison, the same gift boxes, if not in the same color and without the company logo, cost €13.00 for 5 on Amazon!

Flea infestation without a pet: Rentokil proves incompetent! The office manager's treatment of me was condescending, mocking, and spiteful. My description of the demonstrable reactions of my body was disbelieved. My despair was ignored. The fact that there are no visible signs at first glance, as with a pet infestation, is due to my daily vacuuming and the fact that most infestations consist of eggs, larvae, and pupae, which are barely visible to the naked eye. The 1-5 mm long adult fleas hide in floor cracks, under furniture, in clothing and linens, etc. This makes it all the more important to believe those affected and initiate treatment, instead of treating them like fools! Rentokil's policy of only treating an infestation when it is, from the company's perspective, noticeable, proves to be grossly negligent in cases of flea infestation without a pet. The one star is only given because I have to give one.

Rentokil was the only one of four companies that wanted proof of a bed bug infestation in our home, and they did so within a week. We were bitten while on vacation, but the symptoms only became apparent once we got home, so we assumed we had brought the bed bugs with us. However, so far there's no sign of bed bugs in our house. All the other companies would have come without any further evidence. I'm very grateful that we didn't have to go through any of their procedures and, above all, that we didn't incur any unnecessary high costs! Many thanks to Rentokil!
