Mr. Stojanovic is the best plumber in all of Vienna! Between Christmas and New Year's, my boiler broke down, so I contacted another emergency service. They wanted to replace the entire boiler immediately and pressured me to pay €3600 right away. When I refused, they put immense pressure on me and, after I asked them to leave my apartment, harassed me with phone calls and even rang my doorbell several times. In desperation, I called the emergency hotline for G.S.H.T. Plumbing to get a second opinion. Mr. Stojanovic patiently explained everything to me over the phone and advised against replacing the boiler immediately, as this wasn't standard practice. Even during the other company's threats, he stood by me and confirmed my decision not to use them again. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, and he serviced and thoroughly cleaned my boiler, as well as replacing some parts. It worked perfectly afterward! At the same time, Mr. Stojanovic is a very professional and friendly plumber who explained everything to me so clearly that I could understand the situation myself! He was very transparent about the costs and was completely focused on helping me and not burdening me with unnecessary expenses! Unfortunately, I had problems with my boiler again a few weeks later. Mr. Stojanovic is truly ALWAYS available by phone and explained to me on a Saturday evening what I needed to do to get my boiler working again! Completely free of charge! I will never use another plumber in Vienna again and can highly recommend G.S.H.T. Service!

I'm really very satisfied. Two employees came today for an inspection, and I have to say – I've rarely experienced such a dedicated and competent installer. Although the maintenance in May apparently wasn't done perfectly, he looked at everything very carefully, explained each step to me clearly, and answered all my questions in detail. You could really tell that he knows his stuff and takes his work seriously. He took plenty of time, remained completely calm and friendly, and wasn't stressed at all, even though the appointment lasted considerably longer than planned. Truly top-notch service – exactly what you want! Highly recommended.
