Absolutely would not recommend. Booked them to do the annual maintenance on our boiler and they did not show up in the 2 hour window. I called and asked were they were and it seemed like our appointment was forgotten. The tech showed up 30 minutes after the 2 hour window and ‘completed’ the maintenance. Upon leaving I noticed the light was red on our boiler and that he left a mess in our bathroom (see photos). After I called he returned and fixed the light and cleaned up the mess upon my insistence. Since that maintenance our water has not been as hot and the boiler is now making a knocking noise. I’ve reached out to them again to come and look at the problem and it took multiple emails and a phone call to finally get an appointment. They’ve now just missed that second 2 hour window appointment. I won’t be doing business with them again.
They responded very quickly and solved the problem with my kombi in an hour.
I wouldn't even leave one star because they advertise as a 24/7 company and when I had a huge problem and called at 10pm I was rejected. The suggested they can come next day at 8am, and that is 10 hours later! Don't false advertise!!! UPDATE AFTER OWNER'S REPLY I have called because it was an emergency, therma was leaking water, my apartment was flooded hence I asked for immediate attention and YOU responded that you can't help me and that you can come next day at 8am! There was no question regarding money, I needed help. You should remove 24/7 as part of your company as you do not provide emergency help. It's false advertising!
