We’ve been living in Vienna for almost eight years, and this is the first time we’ve experienced such professional and friendly service. The company responded very quickly to our call, and the plumber who came to fix the issue with our kitchen pipes was exceptionally friendly, efficient, fast, tidy and clean. On top of that, he spoke fluent English and German, which made communication very easy. The quality of the work was top-notch, and to our surprise, the final cost was even lower than the estimate given over the phone. This company is very professional! I faced problems with my washing machine and dishwasher not draining water at the same time. Felix from the company came to help us out. He was extremely professional and friendly and helped to unclog the siphon that was causing the problem. All of this was done quickly and at a very reasonable price. Felix was also very pleasant with my cat! Would totally recommend them for any plumbing work in Vienna!
