Scaaam! You have been warned. They tell you other price and when they come give you double the price and charged me 450 euro for nothing!!!! They have good reviews cuz if you write a review they give you 3% discount. What a mockery I got fooled by this company. Save money and energy and book others.
The service was really good, and the technicians were polite and skilled. But the person handling the phone calls and booking was not polite.
I had a problem with the kitchen sink and called them on Saturday morning. They were able to come fix everything within 2 hours. The plumbers spoke english well and also they were very polite and clean and explained everything. If I have a problem in the future I will call them again.
We have used Mare to service our boiler for a couple of years now and they are great. Appointments are available quickly, they are prompt and thorough and very clear about what work needs doing. Great service!
