The Company is so nice and cooperative , when we asked the questions they reply as soon as quick. They are very helpful and interesting all of the things.
Thorough work but very environment-unfriendly. All tools for gardening are petrol powered, making site noisy and full of fumes. Not very friendly to feedbacks either.

This company occupies labourers in your house random without the need to repair things and without the agreement of the house owners. At the end of the year we paid a lot of bills without even knowing what for! If you look for someone managing your house - better choose someone who what’s you to live happily and not just looking to earn a lot of benefits from their business partners! :( IMV is absolutely not recommended!!
I am sadly living in a flat where they are the Hausverwaltung. They answer like they know nothing about what they are doing, as if there were no central database somewhere to see all the information you gave them.. and still they write as if you were nothing (I am not the owner, just renter). When they care to answer.. But I don´t think they even communicate with the owners correctly.. They just sending me emails to inform me to usually pay more, without checking the contract! Then I have to contact my landlord and tell him to clear the things with them as they are not capable of doing their work professionally!!
