I recently had a broken heating system, and the management company took care of it immediately. The technician came within a day and everything was repaired. Honestly, when I read the negative comments, I can't understand them; my experience has been entirely positive.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the property management company. Communication is good, and concerns are usually addressed promptly. Occasionally, minor issues take a little longer to respond to, but they are eventually resolved. What I particularly appreciate is the team's friendliness and the transparency of billing. There's still some room for improvement, but overall, I feel well looked after.
This company is so inactive and unreliable it's appalling. It took three months to repair the front door, 35 days for the elevator, and now there's been no hot water for two days! These are just the problems of the last six months; I don't even want to list the others. If you can, stay away from this company. We will pursue our rights in court.
