However, the appointment never materialized because they failed to respond, cancel, or follow up. This lack of professionalism is concerning, particularly for individuals actively seeking a property or apartment. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, it's essential to uphold basic communication standards in business transactions. If they were unable to honor the appointment, a simple email or phone call to apologize for any confusion or oversight would have sufficed. In conclusion, I cannot endorse their services based on this experience. Clear and timely communication is crucial in the real estate industry, and unfortunately, they fell short in this regard. In 2024, I would hope for less prejudice and discrimination based on factors such as race, origin, appearance, profile picture and occupation. However, I am ultimately grateful, that this transaction did not happen. Upon request of an apartment viewing, I got the appointment in less than 24 hours for the apartment I was interested in. Ricarda Rabold was the person I dealt with and she was excellent, fast, professional and her responsiveness was key for me to decide that the apartment they were showing was the right one for me. Ricarda helped me negotiate with the landlords and despite tenancy agreements in Austria are only made in German, Ricarda made an English version for me to understand what was being under negotiation.
