⚠️ Warning to Future Tenants I booked a room through this agency via Housing Anywhere and had a very disappointing experience. • In the very first chat message, they requested identity documents before any booking was made — a violation of Housing Anywhere's policy against sharing personal information before booking. • Key pickup location was 40 minutes away from the property — this was never disclosed in the listing, and even when asked directly, they did not inform me. • The rental contract was only sent days after full payment, and contained obligations far beyond what a short-term sublease should include. • When I raised these concerns through the platform, both the agency and Housing Anywhere's customer support were unhelpful. The platform sided with the agency and refused to mediate, leaving me with no resolution. I also noticed several reviews here mentioning similar experiences — including at least one for the same property I booked. This does not appear to be an isolated case. I ended up losing around €1,000 — a complete waste. I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience. Please do thorough research before committing to any booking with this agency.

I lived in Nickelgasse for 6 months. It was a very nice experience as the house was well organized and there was enough space for everything, so I did not need to stress much about where or how to put things. The apartment was in a central aerea so i could walk to the center or simple take public transportation and the price was lower than average for the place I think. We needed new pans and I also needed new blankets when I first arrived and I emailed them and they answered I could go pick them up so I didn't have to buy new ones! Overall it was a really good experience, would totally recommend

We had a great experience renting this apartment and can confidently recommend both the place and the landlord. The apartment is in a very good location — convenient, well connected, and comfortable for everyday life. The flat itself is in excellent condition: clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. It was a pleasant and easy place to live in. What really stood out was the landlord’s attitude and responsiveness. Whenever we had any issue, it was handled extremely quickly and professionally. For example, when there was a clogged drain, a plumber was sent the same day. When the TV stopped working, it was replaced promptly. The same level of efficiency applied to heating issues — everything was resolved on the very day we reported it. The landlord was always cooperative, understanding, and willing to help. Overall, the whole living experience was very smooth and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly rent from this landlord again. Highly recommended!

We rented a flat from bulldog for 5 months in total and it was a great experience. The apartment was pristine, we got our Meldezettel almost immediately and the support was amazing throughout the 5 months. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone moving to Vienna and wanting to scope out areas before committing to a longer term contract

Good accommodation for the price. Suitable for students or for temporary living. The state of the apartment depends on other tenants but my experience was quite good. Contact with Bulldog worked well enough. I was offered new equipment after sending photos of the old one, so that was a nice touch.
