The driver, Adi, was extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. We made quick work of moving all my belongings out of my apartment. However, I unfortunately forgot to load my bike. Thankfully, Adi was extremely flexible and went above and beyond to ensure that my bike was taken by a colleague elsewhere and brought with the rest of my belongings. I can highly recommend their service, as they were very professional and very personable.
