I had a broken window on Friday at 5 PM – a quick phone call and 45 minutes later a technician was there, a replacement part was immediately obtained, and after a total of 3 hours, the problem was solved on Friday evening. No shoddy workmanship, just good quality at a fair price. Highly recommended!
Our porch door was broken. It needed to be completely replaced! The initial consultation was free. We are very happy with the final result! The technician worked calmly and very carefully!
Over the weekend, my balcony door came loose – a hinge broke. Shortly after, we had two professional tradesmen here, and they expertly fixed the problem. Good work costs a bit, but the door works better than ever. Excellent! 👍
Really helpful service, communication in English was not a problem at all.
I needed a window repair person the same day that I contacted this company as I could not close the window and it was due to rain. They responded quickly, spoke to me in English (which was great as my Deutsch ist nicht so gut), came a couple of hours later and fixed the window before the rain! Thank you!
