Fantastic service!. Wahid, the technician, was very professional, spoke perfect English, and fixed my dishwasher in 15 minutes. I’ll definitely use this service again in a time of need.
I recently used we.repair to fix my dishwasher. The technician came and proposed replacing the dishwasher relay. A few days later, we received a message stating that the cost would exceed €300. We decided to proceed with the repair because we felt uncomfortable discarding a device that could likely be fixed, thereby increasing environmental impact. When the technician returned, he spent approximately 20 minutes replacing the relay. He appeared to be in a hurry and did not wait to verify whether the machine was functioning properly. He received the payment and left. A few minutes later, the dishwasher displayed the same error message as before the repair. I contacted the technician, who stated that the control board probably needed replacement and that this would be very expensive, making the repair not worth the cost. He said he would speak with his supervisor. Later, the supervisor called my wife and said he would contact Miele, and so on. In short, I am very disappointed with we.repair. Not only did they fail to correctly diagnose the problem—despite charging €69 for this—but they also placed us in a costly cycle of ineffective repairs. They were paid despite not resolving the issue. Furthermore, there was inconsistent communication between the technician, who suggested possible reimbursement, and the supervisor, who focused on escalating the issue rather than resolving it. As a result, I will not use we.repair again and will likely reconsider repairing household appliances in the future. Instead, I may opt for a low-cost electric devide and discard it when it fails. Even though I am an academic specializing in sustainability and services, I will never trust this repair system again. It was an expensive failure for me, but at least I now have stories to share with my management students.
We were having an issue with our 7-8 year old IKEA dishwasher. Not only was their technician able to come diagnose the problem, but he also fixed our dishwasher with a replacement part. I really appreciated the transparency around the costs and how the follow up visit was included in the initial diagnosis & repair fees.
