Avoid this company—the 5-star reviews are fake. I booked an appointment, heard nothing for days, and then suddenly got a message three days early saying they were coming that day. I replied, correcting the date and time I had originally scheduled. On the actual appointment day, I checked for an update but got no response. Then, after my requested time slot had already passed, they finally called to say they were coming later—when I had to leave for work. I had to cancel, wasting an entire day waiting for them. Terrible communication, unreliable scheduling, and clearly fake reviews. Stay away. Do not go with them.
