I was very satisfied with them last year, but this year has been a nightmare. First, my car insurance premium increased by over 10%, even though I had no accidents in the past year. Normally, I would expect a decrease under such circumstances. Secondly, the customer service has been extremely disappointing. The person handling my case via email has been rude, unhelpful, and responds with one-word answers, often ignoring my questions entirely. Very unprofessional. Unfortunately, I had no time to look for another provider and had to renew with them this year—but I will definitely switch next year.
they are scammers, and unprofessional. they pretend helping us to get a loan in 2020 at 3,15% interest while the average interest was 2.7%. to pass their scam, they didnt tell us that we get approval from the bank till the last day of the bod, so we cannot change otherwise we will loose the guaranty.
