Unreachable by phone, very inconvenient if you want to ask a few questions.
You think they will help you but they do the opposite. Bad database, they don’t track or don’t check if you have applied before. No follow-up, no answers on emails or calls. Silence. Never look at them as they will find the best rate. It’s just another bank. That is all. I got better deals by checking banks by myself.
