Received 2 beautiful bronze-colored steel doors today, super satisfied! The professional installation by the cheerful team Thomas and Isaie was especially great! Both the reception in the showroom and the quality of the doors are top-notch, highly recommended!
It's a shame we can't give more than 5 stars. Hosen installed two sliding doors, which were installed perfectly, worked very correctly, and were cleanly installed. Highly recommended! The contact with the staff was also excellent.
If you think this is a beautifully installed door, definitely do business with Studio Steel/Vidadoors. The original frame is cracked during installation, the installer was completely unaware of the installation (he didn't know how to open the door, where to put the handle, etc.), and the finish was sloppy, not to mention the broken off piece of utility knife that was still lying in the hallway. Furthermore, no mention was made of or any information provided about preparatory work. Very unfortunate, what a disappointment. For that price, you expect a complete design that looks finished and in good order. It's a shame you didn't provide accurate information in my review. During the measurements, the removal of the existing frame was never discussed, nor was any information provided about the options. The installer didn't have a correct measurement receipt, so this information is also incorrect. Conclusion: pictures speak louder than words and don't lie about this very disappointing result.
Good communication and correct pricing. High quality materials with an almost endless amount of customization options. The installation was on time and hassle free. Few months after my purchase with VIDA DOORS, notable difference in noise and heat insulation! All in all a pleasant experience, thank you!
Very professional company and experience. The doors are of high quality and keep both heat and sound inside. The installation and finish were done very professional as well. All in all very pleased and it is a real relief to for once have an excellent experience from order to installation, without delays, rare to find these days.
