Emailed months ago for a quote. Never replied; that comes across very poorly. Even if you are too busy or for other reasons not interested in a particular assignment, you should surely at least reply to an email.

I'm extremely satisfied with Gramoz's work. He seemed very professional during our first visit. We requested quotes from several companies. Although he wasn't the cheapest (though his price wasn't the most expensive either and was absolutely reasonable), we chose him. He sent us a very clear quote immediately after the visit, and we were able to start the work right away. We had our fuse box replaced and new wiring and outlets installed in the kitchen. Everything had to be prepared for the inspection, which was perfect. And in the end, we even paid less than the quote.
