I live in Utrecht, but my mother lives in Antwerp. When I visit I tend to stay for a couple of days. The Rite Studios app with credits is very convenient for me. And above everything else the classes are very good! I’ve had about four different instructors and they’ve all given great classes. I do cold baths and sauna at my gym in Utrecht as well, so it’s very nice I can keep doing this when visiting Antwerp. Also I love the vibe of the whole place. Definitely five stars!

I absolutely loved my experience at The Chapel. From start to finish. It’s one of those rare places where you don't have to worry about a thing. Everything you need is already waiting for you. Just gear up and show up. Fresh soft towels, premium shower amenities, top-tier equipment, and that perfect post-workout coffee are all taken care of. Plus, the staff is incredibly friendly and approachable. Definitely coming back.
