I have been training at Studio A with great pleasure for 2 years, and now Arne has opened his own new studio. I went to train at the new location for the first time today — and it was an instant hit. Modern equipment, great music, and as always, top-notch guidance. This will undoubtedly be a success story. Highly recommended!
For the first time in my life, I am training truly consistently, and I owe that entirely to Arne. His workouts are not only perfectly tailored to the progress I want to make, but are also so well thought out and varied that I look forward to them every single time. What started as once a week quickly grew to two and now even three sessions a week, purely because I enjoy it so much and feel so much better! Additionally, there is just a really great atmosphere. The clientele is very pleasant, which ensures that every workout is not only efficient but also really fun.
